Hi! My name is Kristin and I'm the creator of KAKEBODY. As a former competitive cheerleader and dancer, I wasn't use to counting calories, hitting the gym, or stepping on scales.
As soon as I become an NFL Cheerleader, I realized the importance of training but still had not mastered an effective nutrition plan. After taking a break from the NFL, I gained over 20lbs- too much for my small 5'1" frame. The extra weight affected my joints and specifically my lower back. I wasn't prepared for the amount of weight gain that happened as a result of living a "normal life"- you know, eating like an athlete BUT NOT burning 3000+ calories a week!
I needed my "game day" body back!
I decided to get my body back in shape just like when I was in NFL training camp! Those early workouts formed the foundation for what is now KAKEBODY. I effectively used my program to make another NFL team after a 3 year hiatus and a very serious burn injury (more on that later).
Flash forward to the present, I'm currently a certified Pilates Trainer, Sports Conditioning Specialist, and holistic health coach. KAKEBODY incorporates the balance of intuitive eating and "non-dieting" with proven sports conditioning used with Pro Athletes. (Yes Cheerleaders are ATHLETES!)
I'm offering this KAKEBODY KICKOFF to 6 clients who are serious about making a life transformation! I'm talking about people who want to drastically change the way they feel and think about food and fitness. I spent over 7 years of trial and error, self study, and practical hands on training so you don't have to! Let me be your gymbae, coach, and motivation muse!

Sick of just eating salads? Awesome! Me too! More than just a generic meal plan, My KB NOURISH PLAN helps you learn your unique body formula and redefine your relationship with food. Meals are custom to your specific physiology and dietary preferences. Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Vegan, and Paleo options are available as well.
With this plan, you can still create a balanced diet while still indulging in your favorite comfort foods like pizza, mac n cheese, french fries, and of course cake! Lets start designing your journey!
